Karen Fan
Founder & CEO
Karen founded Wildflower Communities to deliver affordable, high-quality manufactured housing across Florida. She oversees investment strategy, acquisitions, asset management, and operations with a focus on stewardship and long-term stability. In 2024, she was named a Woman of Influence (Investment Professional/Owner) by GlobeSt.
Prior to Wildflower, Karen managed acquisitions for a New York family office portfolio exceeding $1 billion and 2 million square feet (retail, hotel, office) and worked in investment sales at Eastern Consolidated. She began her career consulting Fortune 50 executives on organizational and HR strategy.
Karen holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science at the University of Michigan, a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, and an M.S. in Real Estate Development at New York University. She is an active member of the Florida Manufactured Housing Association and previously chaired the Young Professionals Board at KickStart International.
Beyond real estate, Karen is an avid collector of contemporary art and design, enjoys skiing and live music, and has traveled to all seven continents.
